About the role

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Woy Woy Early Learning Centre to assist the Coordinator/Teacher and the team in providing high quality care and education for children. This is a Full-time position and is not term time.

We pride ourselves with being an innovative centre,running activities such as Bush Kindy program and other community excursions.

Duties

• Assist the Coordinator/Teacher and the team to plan, document, implement and evaluate the program;
• This role may be required to undertake the role of Educational Leader;
• Develop a positive and supportive relationship with children;
• Establish and maintain good relationships with families;

Skills & experience

• Diploma Qualifications and relevant experience in Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience with 4 to 5 year olds in an early childhood setting
• Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis, First Aid, CPR Certificate;
• Completion of Identify & Respond to Children and Young People at Risk;
• Knowledge of the Education and Care National regulations and National Quality Framework;
• Room leader experience (desirable).
