Full Job Description
You will deliver, assess and evaluate firearms, operational skills and tactics training and driver training for police, recruits and other clients and contribute to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of operational skills training programs.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Will include:
Provide practical operational skills training, including firearms training, to police officers, recruits and other clients.
Apply adult education methodologies relevant to Queensland Police Service operational skills training programs and internal education and training policies and processes.
Assess program participants and prepare required reports based on these assessments.
Liaise with and develop effective working relationships with members of the Queensland Police Service and other agencies and individuals.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of course curricula by conducting research, evaluation and development of operational skills training courses.
Continue ongoing personal development and training to ensure best practice in the effectiveness of personal and instructional skills.
