We are looking for qualified Trainers/Assessors in Health Administration and Allied Health Service who are looking to move into the exciting world of Education and Training.

We are looking for people that are passionate about improving people’s skills through training and want to make a difference to get students ready for employment.

We are seeking organised, energetic and hard-working Casual Trainers and Assessors to join our friendly, supportive and professional team.

The position involves a variety of deliveries including visiting students at their workplace, at work placement or training in the classroom. Our trainers are mobile and spend most of their time in schools or the workplace or working from home (marking, admin and other tasks required).

 You will need:

• TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
• Current blue card OR ability to attain one;

And one or more of the following:

• Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance;
• Certificate IV in Health Administration.

Duties & Responsibilities of position:

• Visiting students in the workplace (Townsville area but some travel to surrounding areas will be required (e.g. Northern QLD);
• Marking student assessments;
• Attending to general enquiries from students (phone and email);
• One-on-one and small group tutorials;
• General administration and record keeping;
• Travel around QLD may be required.
