With head office located centrally within Brisbane, this role will offer work from home flexibility once established to continue the exceptional student graduation and employment rate. As a Trainer & Assessor you will provide training and support for a range of qualifications and short courses in Fitness, Business, Community Services, Health, and Dental.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the above-mentioned qualification area's through online support and practical tasks (role play and student interview)
• Improve students' learning experience to enable student success
• Provide encouraging and tailored feedback to support student progression
• Support development of training and assessment strategies
• Participate in validation, moderation and mapping activities

About You

The Successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Prior Training and Assessment experience preferably in one of the above relevant industries
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to complete a Trainer and Assessor demonstrating Vocational Competency
• Professional Association Accreditation/membership with a relevant industry association
