About the role

We are expanding our Carlingford centre and are looking for an experienced Centre Director to help us transition into and then thrive in a larger model, incorporating before and after school care. Our centre is and will be purpose built, perfectly utilising our environment and natural light to create an organic space that is engaging and appealing for our children. Looking to further your career and support a team of experienced Educators. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Director for our Carlingford centre, offering:

The role requires the applicant to:

• Demonstrate your leadership skills and passion for the Early Childhood industry
• Be responsible for the day to day operation of the service including administrative duties
• Lead, guide and support a solid team that includes maintaining a positive culture and harmonious networking
• Have an extensive awareness and knowledge of the NQF and Regulations 
• Have strong and positive communication skills
• Assist with marketing and social media 
• Hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching or a Diploma qualification and current asthma, anaphylaxis and first aid 
• Work both on and off the floor
• Previous experience in the position
