The School of Management & Marketing:


The School of Management and Marketing delivers industry-aligned, practical courses, with an emphasis on work-integrated learning as a platform for organisational careers and leadership. Our courses integrate evidence-based knowledge, industry know-how and emerging global trends across key discipline areas, including Business Information Systems, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Strategy and International Business, People, Culture and Organisations, Supply Chain Management, Marketing & Tourism, Hospitality and Events.

Your new role


We have 3 permanent opportunities available within the following disciplines:

  • Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Strategy and International Business (Teaching and Research or Teaching Academic, Continuing)

Key areas of expertise within entrepreneurship and international business

  • Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Strategy and International Business (Teaching and Research or Teaching Academic, Continuing)

Key areas of expertise within data mining, database systems and ERP systems.

  • Business Information Systems (Teaching and Research or Teaching Academic, Continuing)

Key areas of expertise business systems analysis, programming, business software and applications.

We are interested to receive applications from all suitable Teaching Academic & Teaching and Research applicants at a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer level who are interested to expand and develop their careers. 


The ideal incumbents will have a combination of an emerging track record of research (including a high quality publication pipeline for Teaching & Research applicants), strong teaching and curriculum design experience, and active industry impact engagement.


You will bring to the role:


  • A Doctoral / PhD qualification, in a relevant discipline
  • Passion for initiating/leading major curriculum development, including unit/course coordination
  • Demonstrated high level teaching skills and a demonstrated reflective approach to teaching delivery
  • An emerging record of research outputs/creative works in high quality refereed academic journals/outlets consistent with the discipline (T&R only)
  • Active industry impact and engagement
  • Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills
