Early Childhood Teacher
Goodstart Griffith
Coolah Street
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to develop programs and practices that are responsive to our children’s needs and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
We believe that children learn through play. No longer are we sitting in large groups discussing colours and letters. We use the interests of the children to extend on their knowledge and help them to learn from there through play, technology, and books to investigate all their questions and aiming to answer every one of them!
We engage in rich, authentic experiences, with play and sensory-based learning aligned to the Early Years’ Learning Framework. We have stimulating and fun home-like environments inside.
Then, our inviting natural outdoor environment has been designed around children’s interests and input. We actively participate in caring for our environment and promote sustainable practices through educating and working with the children, families and wider community. We have natural elements, sandpits, mud pit, dry creek bed, relaxation platform, vegie patch, worm farm and lots of shade.
