Your new role
Your role as Assistant Director will be to collaborate with the Centre Director to ensure the daily operations of the centre run smoothly. You will be the face of the centre, greeting and liaising with families, mentoring and supporting staff and running the centre when the Director isn't there. What you'll need to succeed
- ACECQA assessed Early Childhood Teacher qualification
- Passion for leadership and Early Years
- Excellent knowledge of the NQS, EYLF and teaching pedagogy
