Source and coordinate attendance to training courses
Initial 6-month Fixed Term Contract
Based in Leederville

About the role:
Identify what training courses employees are required to attend, and plan and schedule their attendance, inclusive of organising training providers. Liaise with stakeholders across the business to plan work orders and inform attendees of all details related to the training course.

After a course has been completed, ensure all relevant documentation is processed and stored, and results are recorded. Keep stakeholders informed of their training compliance and follow the training coordination process to ensure all training is managed efficiently and in accordance with a defined procedure.

What the role will offer:
Manage the training coordination for a designated part of the business that is consistent and follows an established process.
Liaise with relevant line managers to ensure the training associated with their team is up-to-date and maintained in the corporate learning management system.
Liaise with stakeholders across the business to plan and schedule suitable training by using the corporate procurement system and work order process.
Create and analyse training demand plans to understand training demand and manage training needs effectively.
Ensure training coordination integrates with other planned work.
Use planning tools to efficiently manage employees’ training needs.
Liaise with external training providers to source cost effective and quality training services and manage payments in accordance with relevant procurement protocols.
Liaise with internal training providers where course delivered internally.
Monitor the training budget expenditure and report anticipated budget shortfalls.
Effectively utilise training and document management systems to maintain compliance and ensure data integrity.

Key skills and experience:
Candidates will have relevant experience in providing end-to-end training coordination within a large organisation with a high-volume demand for course scheduling.

You will have an ability to create and analyse training needs reports and experience in using Learner Management System and Procurement systems. Candidates must be able to work autonomously, within a team and across the business, and must have a high level of customer service.
