COMPLIANCE OFFICER - Contract Work which could lead to a full-time or part-time employment for the right person
We are a leading Educational College offering online, distance, and campus-based courses.We are looking for an effective and efficient individual to provide high-quality compliance.

Duties:
- Maintain RTO compliance in consultation with the Managing Director
- Prepare Training Assessment Strategies and VET documentation to meet requirements
- Develop and upgrade assessment materials in consultation with the Managing Director and Course Developer and source and organise assessment resources for courseware
- Prepare additions to scope/rollovers in consultation with the Managing Director
- Organise, monitor and implement validation and industry consultation to meet RTO requirements in consultation with key staff
- Liaising with RPL applicants and administer RPL applications
- Manage student transitions and teach outs in courses
- Respond to tutor/trainer problems and grievances and administer tutoring/trainer arrangements
- Source, recruit and administer tutors/trainers in coordination with the Tutor Administrator
- Develop training and assessment materials in coordination with key staff
- Administer partnerships and organise contractual agreements while monitoring compliance and quality of assessment delivery
- Undertake training and materials administration
- Respond to staff needs for training and coach staff where required
- Monitor staff and tutor training/development records and monitor professional development needs
- Contribute new and innovative ideas for the development of course products and services that will enhance course enrolments, student learning retention and student appreciation.
- Assisting with staff recruitment, induction and training-related human resource matters
- Continuously maintain and update skills and knowledge to remain current with VET requirements
- Knowledge with Smart & Skilled funding, VSL and third-party arrangements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Current TAE qualifications or willing to obtain or upgrade
- Strong knowledge of education, the VET sector, ASQA and RTO requirements.
- Extensive Experience in RTO compliance
- Experience in a training and assessment role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, highly organised and thorough with high level of integrity and honesty.
Advantage:
Experience in a distance learning environment and auditing.
