The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably experienced higher education professional to engage with and contribute to the extensive work of the Faculty's education portfolio as it responds to key university education strategic initiatives.

The Curriculum Services Manager applies high-level expertise to provide a range of specialist advisory and procedural management services related to the effective development, delivery and maintenance of the Faculty of Education's course profile. This includes providing expert, senior-level and informed advice, recommendations and reports with regard to curriculum policy, governance and system matters to support the overall curriculum lifecycle. The position manages a range of high quality services such as curriculum framework compliance, curriculum re/accreditation, annual course review, annual course planning and management of curriculum enterprise management systems. The position is also responsible for the development and implementation of plans, policies, processes, KPIs and frameworks to support the performance and success of the Education Services portfolio.

This is a diverse role with a wide breadth of responsibility, which requires a flexible, positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach. To thrive in this position you will have a strong knowledge of educational frameworks, proven staff leadership capabilities, and exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
