About You:

Are you an admin professional seeking a new opportunity within the educational sector? C&K are set to open a BRAND-NEW Childcare Centre based in Geebung. You will be confident, have the ability to maintain confidentiality and open to developing your skill set. As the Clerical Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the centre Director with the administrative and financial functions of the centre which includes maintaining the centre's record, accurately recording the attendance of children and staff, scheduling centre tours with families and more!.

Your experience, skills and knowledge will include:

• Qualification in business administration or related course is preferred but not essential.

• Experience in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software applications
• Maintain filing and archiving systems including staff registers
• Previous experience with account management regarding Direct Debit and fee payments (desirable)
• Support families with various enquiries
• Previous experience in a childcare environment is desirable

• Proven well developed written, verbal, interpersonal communication and presentation skills coupled with a strong customer service focus
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills

We would like the successful candidate to commence in March 2021 to assist with the complete set up and to build strong relationships with the local and wider community. You may be required to work up to 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
