About the Role

Patch Leader is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Before and After School Care Programs, ensuring practises are embedded for our patch to operate in line with our G.R.O.W Values. As the Responsible Person and Educational Leader, Patch Leader demonstrates passion and drive to lead a team of Patch Educators to ensure the voice of every child is recognised and provide quality offerings.

This program in Yea is part of a community minded school, where many of the families refer to their Teachers as being more like a part of their family. Patch Leader will make every effort to get to know all children and embed themselves into the school community.

Patch Leader is employed on a full-time basis, including time for planning and administration, with a commitment to safeguarding children always. Outside operational hours, Patch Leader takes ownership to best utilise their hours to provide a quality program.

• Patch Management: 1 year (Preferred)
