HEW 6 - $79,965 p.a. plus 17% superannuation

About the role
Coordinate the operational workflow of payroll and benefits services ensuring effective customer-focussed payroll services.

You will:
coordinate and process the delivery of our payroll service by allocating workloads and supporting the payroll officers;
maintain specialist knowledge and expertise of relevant industrial instruments, policies, processes and legislation;
provide expert advice and assistance with salary-related issues;
participate and contribute to the development, implementation and review of policies, procedures and projects including moving HR processes to online platforms.

About you
To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated:

experience and knowledge of policies and procedures relating to the processing of payroll, superannuation, taxation, workers compensation, salary sacrifice and packaging of a large organisation;
experience and ability to contribute to an effective and proactive team, manage competing priorities and deadlines, problem solve and achieve set goals;
oral, written and interpersonal skills strongly focussed on quality customer service; and
ability to exercise initiative and independent judgement while working both individually and as a team member.
