Silverlea Early Childhood Services currently has a full time employment opportunity for a suitably qualified Early Childhood Educator in our Long Day Care Environment.

Essential Criteria:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or proof of actively working towards.
• 004 First Aid - Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting.
• Current Working with Children Check and Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience working with children with additional needs.
• Experience working in a team leadership role.
• Prior experience as an identified Responsible Person.
