The Opportunity:
We’re all here to help deliver greater retirement outcomes for our members. Your role supports UniSuper and the existing project management team to manage end to end the upgrading of UniSuper existing national network across 18 offices to an agreed time, cost and quality standards.

This is a 3 month contract based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Working with our delivery partners and internal teams where appropriate
Co-ordinating all component deliverables to ensure agreed outputs and outcomes are achieved.
Managing and engaging with the project team to ensure requirements, constraints and expectations relating to the project are captured documented, agreed and met
Responsible for managing and tracking the provisioning of internet links/MPLS Links/ Dark Fibre with different product types across multiple locations.
Handle calls and liaise with different suppliers/contractors/UniSuper contacts to schedule appointments and answer any queries.
Co-ordinate and communicate site visits as required with multiple internal resources and 3rd party contractors.
Accurate input of details into UniSuper Tracker System, and ensure the tracker is updated after each point of contact.
Manage changes to appointment requirements during various site visits.
Work with internal UniSuper resources to explain the roll-out process and resolve any blockers.
Monitor roll-out progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

Skills Required:
Strong project coordination experience
Ability to effectively multi-task and juggle multiple responsibilities at once.
Excellent Organisational skills for planning out resources, schedules, and appointments.
Good at applying quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to refocus work in response to changing priorities.
Experience of working on multiple simultaneous projects/orders.
Network technical knowledge desirable
Superannuation industry knowledge desirable
