Holmesglen Institute’s Office of Teaching and Learning is currently seeking an experienced Educational Resource Unit Manager.

This position will provide strategic leadership, and operational management of the Educational Resource Unit and efficiently and effectively manage the human, physical and financial resources allocated to it.

You will also ensure that organisational teaching and learning resources are compliant with relevant standards, that development priorities are clearly identified and that objectives are achieved within budget and agreed timeframes.

The successful applicant will have proven leadership and management skills, superior interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt effectively to the changing needs of an organisation.

Essential requirements are:
An approved degree in a vocational area relevant to the operations of, and courses offered by, the department or approved equivalent tertiary qualifications.
An approved course of adult teacher training accredited at Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Level 6 or above.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40116; or
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40110 including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502.

Salary: $113,104 per annum pro rata plus 9.5% superannuation and annual leave loading.
Time Fraction: Full time, 1.0 EFT
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.
Position Status: 12 month contract of employment.
