We are looking to attract a Senior leader, Timetabling and Daily Operations B-12 who is:

In your role as Senior Leader – Timetabling and Daily Operations B-12

• Provide leadership to the school's quality accountability and improvement model through the analysis of effective data analysis and synthesis including reference to school improvement planning
• Design of an inclusive and flexible timetable from B - 12 which is responsive to our Curriculum Plan and Teaching and Learning Framework
• Provide organisational leadership of whole college daily operations to ensure highly effective and streamlined processes for excursions, staff absences/replacements, yard duty ,student transition, staff on –boarding, student teacher placements and whole of school programs
• Ensure quality assurance procedures by collecting, monitoring and analysing data to inform and monitor the impact of practice.
• Support the whole school Literacy Strategy to improve student learning, and ensure consistency and continuity of literacy pedagogy and interventions across B-12.
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement through a rigorous whole school performance development process that encourages all teachers to know their practice and impact in the classroom

To be successful in the role of Learning Technologies & Data Intelligence You will have

• Experience in school strategic planning and implementation, including timetabling, Learner Management systems and daily organisational processes
• Demonstrated success in utilising data to initiate and lead change to achieve improved student learning outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively support and coach other leaders and teachers to evaluate and improve on their practice.
• High level communication skills and an ability in establishing effective working relationships with key stakeholders
• Demonstrated knowledge of high quality, evidence based, inclusive teaching and learning practices which support intellectual challenge for all learners.
• Demonstrate knowledge and commitment to promoting and creating a safe and inclusive work environment; and the legislative requirements of Equal Opportunity and Work Health and Safety legislation.
