We are expanding very rapidly and excited to be seeking a number of new Campus Managers to be based at one of our beautiful purpose built campuses in Preston, Heidelberg, Springvale, Mount Waverley or Chadstone.

Are you the Campus Manager we are looking for?

- Experienced in or keen to learn about the Montessori curriculum
- Values a positive team culture and being part of a high performing team.
- Understands the National Quality Framework and what is required of an early years service.
- Has experience in managing high quality early education services.
- Always brings your best self to work.
- Loves to learn, develop and grow with their team and organisation.
- A motivated and enthusiastic leader.

What our Campus Manager needs (key selection criteria):

- Current ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification and first aid certificate.
- Minimum of of 2 years leadership experience in high quality early childhood education
- Demonstrated experience in meeting all regulatory requirements
- Committed to creating a positive work culture, have a passion in guiding and mentoring team members and supporting large teams
- Experience in the day to day management of an early years service, including financial reporting.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Child Safe Standards and how these are embedded in early years operations.
- A current Working with Children Check or VIT registration
- ACECQA recognised Montessori qualification would be highly considered but not required, just need to bring a willingness to learn!
