This is a freelance term contract up until end of March 2022.

We’re looking for the right person to take up the role of Learning & Engagement Trainee for Perth Concert Hall and Perth Theatre.

You do not have to have had previous experience working in theatre, music or dance. We are interested in hearing from a wide range of people.

This is a training role and unique opportunity for an individual interested in working on arts projects in a community setting to gain hands on experience of producing and delivering projects with community participants.

The Learning and Engagement Trainee will work on our Little Stars programme, which delivers drama, music and art workshops with 0-5 year olds, as well as other projects that include working with children and young people, outreach work in communities across Perth and Kinross, projects in care homes, and schools projects.

The individual will be expected to commit to 100 days work over the duration of the contract. The fee is £70 per day (equivalent to £18,200 per annum).
