Overview Of The Position

The successful applicant will need to have experience as an Enrolments Officer. Reporting directly to the Principal, the Enrolment Officer is the first point of contact for all enrolment enquiries and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the College’s admissions, ensuring, where practicable, full enrolment across all year groups, and the management of the enrolment interview process for the future Year 7 groups and new students entering Years 8-12.


Commencement Date

The successful applicant will commence on Monday 19 April, 2021 and conclude on 31 December 2021.

Essential Criteria

Selection Criteria:

  • Support for the ethos, values and mission of the College
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School or preparedness to work towards it
Key Criteria:
  • Experience working as an Enrolment Officer
    • Good phone manner and people skills
    • Touch typist with good data entry skills
    • Knowledge of MAZE / SEQTA / Digistorm databases would be an advantage
