The Centre

The centre encourages learning through play and aims to support children's curiosity and imaginative thinking. It is a positive environment with a team of educators who are supportive and value the input from all members. The outdoor area is natural with gardens, trees and areas to encourage the children's exploration.

Your Role

You will be the team leader in the Preschool Room. This role will be ideal for somebody who has recently graduated or if you are in the final year of your degree. You will work with a team of dedicated educators to support children's learning and development through play based activities while following the EYLF.

Key Skills

• Completed/almost completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Education(or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• NESA Accreditation
• Valid, paid Working with Children Check
• Experience in a centre environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a team
• Leadership & organisational skills
• Mandarin speaking would be a bonus, but not essential

• Closed for 2 weeks over Christmas
