We are seeking a Visual Arts and English teacher with Pastoral Care responsibilities as a House Group teacher.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Support the liturgical and prayer life of the College
  • Create a nurturing and creative learning environment, which is ordered, supportive and prioritises student centred learning
  • Ensure relevant curriculum policies, documents and practices are upheld
  • Collaboratively develop and implement quality curriculum programs and appropriate pedagogy in line with the MMC Learner Analogy and MMC Learner Dispositions – curious, creative, self-directed and resilient
  • Proactively engage with professional renewal practices to enhance student learning outcomes
  • Work with the College Leadership Team, Middle Leaders, Academic Staff and School Officers in contributing to the professional life of the school
