About The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, genuine, caring and diverse educators who will work in partnership with families and aim to provide best outcomes for children aged six months to 12 years.
Glen Eira Family Day Care service currently has opportunities available for Glen Eira residents to become registered educators. Family Day Care high quality home based child care service providing childcare in the homes of selected educators.
Please note to be eligible to be a Family Day Care Educator you must be a current resident within the municipality of Glen Eira City Council.
You Will Have
- Apply First Aid (Level II)
- Course in Anaphylaxis Awareness
- Emergency Asthma Management
- Police record check (less than 6 months old)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Certificate III in Children Services or willing to obtain
Full orientation and ongoing training and support will be provided to successful individuals.
Glen Eira Family Day care is registered with Department of Education and Training (DET) and the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
