Mind Body Education is a global network and education provider of accredited, evidence-based education in meditation and holistic wellbeing therapies. We have training providers worldwide including Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, India, Russia, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Canada and more.
With the ever-increasing anxiety, depression and mental, physical and emotional ill-health in the world, there is a huge demand for more meditation teachers and holistic therapists to help combat this. We are all working together towards training more therapists with the aim of increasing mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and helping people live their best lives. About the role
Reporting to the Programs & Communications Manager, the Relationship Officer will play a key role in achieving our mission and growth goals for our network of training providers and students. You will also be key in maintaining current relationships with all providers and students to ensure they are fully supported.

Your key accountability areas will be:
Building a pipeline of potential training providers in order to grow the network, increase program enrolments, renewal of licenses and achieve financial targets
Securing, building and managing relationships with prospective and current training providers
Customer service duties such as: Responding to messages, emails and course enquiries from students, training providers and prospects.
Answer the phone for our main office, direct them to the appropriate department (if required) and provide course information and information/support for students.
Follow up with program enquiries, along with checking in with current training providers, via phone or email.
Facilitating information sessions or similar events as needed.
Be a brand ambassador for the organisation and be able to provide all information necessary about what we do and why we do it
Representing the organisation at networking functions, industry forums and face to face meetings
Developing engagement and communication plans together with the Programs & Communications Manager as needed.
About You
You are a self-starter and take initiative to get things done and in seeking new opportunities. You have a warm, bubbly and outgoing personality, and your energy reflects your willingness to make a difference in the world. You have a natural ability of reading your audience, truly listening to their needs and providing the most suitable options for them. You build connections and maintain relationships through being empathetic and professional, and also through practising active listening and questioning.

The successful candidate will also possess:
A background in sales or business development (1-2 years experience)
Proven experience in relationship building, strong communication, negotiation skills and demonstrated networking ability
Outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner
Ability to take initiative and be self-driven, and also work collaboratively as part of a team
Experience in a customer service role is highly regarded
Technical skills, such as how to use platforms and systems to increase efficiency in your role
Experience working in the holistic wellbeing industry is highly regarded
