The Centre
anzuk is working with a client who owns a large childcare centre in the Inner Suburbs. Your new role
Your role as Centre Director will require you to oversee the full operation of the running of the centre in regard to compliance and staff development. You will use your previous experience in a similar role to ensure the high standards of the centre are maintained, using your interpersonal skills to create an inclusive environment for children, families and educators. You will be supported by two experienced off the floor 2IC's, an educational leader and an administrator. Also you will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package and supportive HR Team.

Who you will be
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in a Centre Director role, demonstrating an ability to lead and manage all aspects of the daily running of the service. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability engage families as well as working and reporting to a member of the management team. To apply for this role it is essential you hold an ACECQA assessed Diploma qualification.

Suitable applicants must have:
• Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services
• Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
• Blue Card
