We are seeking an experienced Swim School Supervisor with the option to work either full-time (38 hours per week) or part-time (approximately 25 hours per week negotiable). The Swim School Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the operations of the swim school and delivering the highest quality experience for our parents and children.

Our centre is a purpose built private teaching facility for babies, infants and children with small intimate classes free of distractions with expert qualified teachers. We pride ourselves on the relationships we develop with the families in our community and the high standard of customer service that all of our staff deliver.
About the role
If you are passionate about learn to swim with a fun and friendly personality we would love to hear from you. You will have excellent administration skills and be experienced in all areas of swim school lessons implementation and management. You must be bright and bubbly and understand the importance of always putting the customer's needs first. You must also assist in the water from time to time depending on the demands of the swim school.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with parents and students that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.
Flexible work hours are required and you may be required to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Knowledge of the SwimBiz system or similar swim school management system will also be beneficial.
ESSENTIAL:
· National Police Check
· Working with Children Check
· First Aid & CPR
· Austswim Teacher of swimming and water safety
· Austswim Teacher of Infant and Pre-School Aquatics
· Hold excellent computer skills and experience in use of a membership database.
· Knowledge of Aquatic education
· Minimum 2-3 years Learn to Swim teaching experience
· Experience with the daily operations of a swim school including supervision of staff.
· Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
· Outstanding customer service skills and personal service ethic
· High levels of personal organisation and composure under pressure
· Like working in a family environment with a great team and positive culture
DESIRABLE:
· Austswim Assessor
· Proficiency in Swim Biz or similar swim school management system.
