This exciting role assists with enriching children so they can develop to their full potential in our Early Learning Program. This role will require a strong customer focus and the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework in Early Learning. You will experience specialist support from a diverse and caring team, as you drive community and family engagement, with children at the heart of our service philosophy.

About the Centre
The Y Wyndham Vale Early Learning Centre opened in March 2020 as a 124 place state of art early years service for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We offer 3 year and 3 year integreated kindergarten. We work closely with the local community to ensure that we are providing to highest quality care to all children within our service.
With an ever-growing local community and a great reputation, our service is growing in occupancy. Sustainable practices and respect for our environments are a high priority within our centre, being integrated into each daily program by having a natural environment both indoors and outdoors including various animals.

Qualifications
Mandatory Pre-Requisite Qualifications:
- Working With Children, Safeguarding Children and Young People Certificate (Completion upon successful applications)
- Diploma/Certificate III or equivalent qualifications in Early Childhood / Children's Services
- First Aid Level 2, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications
YMCA, including Boards of Directors, is committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding Children and Young People framework. YMCA requires that all applicants undergo satisfactory screening prior to commencement, including but not limited to:
- a national criminal history check;
- an international criminal history check where applicants have worked overseas;
- holding or obtaining a Working with Children Clearance/ equivalent in accordance with state/ territory laws;
- ACF Safeguarding Children and Young People Certificate (completion online prior to commencement)
- Two reference checks.
