About the Portfolio/Role

The newly formed Experience Organisation in RMIT, part of the Operations portfolio, is established to create great experiences and journeys for our Students, Researchers and Industry Partners. A key component of these journeys and experiences is delivered via our digital platforms.

The role leads three core functions of Salesforce across Marketing and Global Student Recruitment;

  • The roadmap for how Marketing and Global Student Recruitment will utilise the CRM to support the university
  • Lead the team focused on configuration of Salesforce
  • Training, profile management, data quality and reporting out of the CRM

This is a strategic role to enable the creation of seamless end-to-end solutions for Global Student Recruitment activities and requires high level strategic, analytical, technical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.


About you

You will have;

  • Experience in Salesforce administration as a business systems analyst
  • developed and delivered CRM capabilities to enable achievement of strategic objectives and operational plans within a best practice environment.
  • A track record working effectively with customer service, sales and marketing teams focused on B2C
  • Experience in systems development, data analytics and developing reports to inform decision making
  • Outstanding problem solving skills and the capacity to produce creative solutions to problems

Qualifications

Salesforce Certification (ADM 201).
