An excellent opportunity has arisen for a justice teacher to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the teaching:

  • VU21912 Support the management of adult offenders

We are currently teaching timetabled classes online. The teacher can teach from Hawthorn or from home.

The timetable is:

  • Monday 8.30 – 10.30
  • Monday 10.30 – 12.30
  • Thursday 8.30 -10.30
  • Friday 8.30 – 10.30
  • Friday 10.30 – 12.30
  • Friday 3.00- 5.00

About you

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Relevant degree or vocational qualification in vocational areas applicable to Vocational Education programs
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or its successor) – mandatory legal requirement
  • Demonstrated excellence or capacity to implement high quality approaches in teaching and assessment, using a variety of learning modes, which respond to diverse student learning needs
  • Demonstrated ability or the capacity to provide support and advice to students of diverse cultures, backgrounds and abilities
