  • EM2 - $109,853 per annum plus superannuation

About the role:

The Academic Course Manager – Fashion & Merchandising manages teaching and business support employees along with programs to ensure high quality innovative course materials and excellent training delivery to students enrolled in Fashion & Merchandising. Success in the position will result in a high performing and engaged team, student achievement and improved education and employment outcomes, compliance and quality education.

This position also involves lecturing & scholarly activities in relevant Degree programs.

The Faculty of Creative Industries & ICT is part of the Educational Delivery Division provides a wide range of teaching and learning programs at local and international campuses. The Faculty delivers nationally recognised training to students in courses ranging from Certificates to Diplomas, Bachelor Degrees and post graduate programs.

Your skills and experience:
  • Provide people management and leadership to increase performance and engagement
  • Provide educational leadership improving educational quality, standards and teaching delivery
  • Ensure educational program compliance
  • Identify and implement opportunities to grow market share and build brand awareness
  • Minimum Master level qualification in a relevant field or; an equivalent mix of qualifications and extensive experience in a similar role within a tertiary education environment; Certificate IV TAE40116; relevant research or scholarship publication record or equivalent.
You will need to provide or be willing to obtain a current National Police Records Check, a Working with Children Check, evidence of your entitlement to work in Australia, and certified copies of your qualifications.
