Joining the Sales & Member Service business, this role will deliver learning and development training and processes aligned to enabling our our business plan.
What will you be doing?
RAC'S Sales & Member Service (S&MS) contact centres operate 7 days a week to support our members, understand their needs & provide information on a range of products & services, policy benefits, cover and quotes.
As Learning and Development Coordinator you will responsible for:
- Preparing and planning the on-boarding of new members to Sales & Member Service.
- Scheduling and booking learning and development resources and activities.
- Ensuring learning materials are aligned to RAC policies and procedures and applicable legislation.
- Continually evaluating, developing and modifying training courses to meet business needs.
- Conducting regular training sessions to ensure competence both in the controlled classroom type environment and in relation to the workplace

Typical experience
- Experience in customer service position in a sales environment.
- Previous training and assessment delivery.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
