12 month Maternity Leave Contract

Santa Sabina College is looking for a full-time College Psychologist (provisional registration with AHPRA will be considered) for a temporary 12 month maternity leave contract commencing as soon as possible.

The role of the College Psychologist is to provide child and adolescent psychological services at the College and to work with staff to support students and families. The psychologists will be expected to utilise their expertise to support and build the capacity of the College community to maximise educational outcomes for all students.

The successful applicant will be required to work predominantly with younger children on the Primary campus (Prep-Year 4, 3 days a week) and then with young adolescents on our Secondary campus (2 days a week) . This position reports to the Principal or their delegate and is required to work in partnership in particular with the Head of Primary, Director of Students and Wellbeing, Head of Gioia House, as well as other Leadership Teams across campuses. The incumbent is also required to work closely with teaching staff in supporting the well being of students.
