About the role
Lead the development of a new degree, Bachelor of Cognitive Enterprise (BCE), co-designed with IBM, around entrepreneurship and innovation underpinned by digital transformation. Cognitive enterprise describes a business that utilises data and processes provided by new technologies including AI, IoT, Blockchain, automation and 5G.
You will:
- provide leadership in developing, teaching, coordinating, and moderating courses in Cognitive Enterprise;
- incorporate contemporary scholarship and research findings to develop curriculum, learning and teaching practices;
- utilise curriculum to integrate disciplinary professional practice for student learning; and
- undertake teaching and assessment of students.
About you
To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated:
- A doctoral degree, with a record of research, at international level is desirable, focusing on digital business, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship;
- commitment to and enthusiasm for teaching and learning, and a good teaching record;
- capacity to supervise honours and research postgraduate students; and
- organisational and administrative skills.
