(HEO4) $64,961 to $71,203 per annum plus an employer contribution of 9.5% superannuation will apply

The University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2017-2021 will apply to a successful candidate’s employment at the University. The University recently temporarily varied its Enterprise Agreement. Please be advised that the salary range, along with other conditions associated with this position, may change in accordance with the variation to the Enterprise Agreement.

Fixed-term, full time position available until December 2021

Exciting opportunity to be involved with providing a range of efficient administrative and student support functions that support teaching of the University’s undergraduate health degrees.

The Academic Precinct Support Officer is based at the Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences (AHMS) precinct and works closely with the Academic Precinct Officer to support teaching of the University’s clinical programs. This includes responding to student queries, delivering welcome orientations, issuing access cards, supporting academic staff, scheduling teaching activities, and supporting assessment activities.

To Be Successful You Will Need

  • Experience in student and program administration, preferably in a higher education environment.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills and a commitment to the student experience.
  • Experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner, including liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders .
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work well in a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative support in a busy environment including prioritising and organising the delivery of challenging workloads and timelines.
