JOB DESCRIPTION

The CareSide is an approved aged care provider and NDIS registered organisation. 

Due to rapid local and national expansion The CareSide has an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment and Training professional. A generous remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.

Duties include:

Recruitment

  1. Develop job advertisements.
  2. Placement of job advertising on job boards and social media platforms.
  3. Assess incoming resumes for suitability and short list them.
  4. Schedule candidate interviews.
  5. Interviewing of candidates (face-to-face & video).
  6. Assess candidate suitability.
  7. Confirm suitability of candidates with Hiring Manager.
  8. Coordinate offers of employment.
  9. Administer onboarding process.
  10. Manage the records of the recruitment process.
  11. General recruitment related duties
  12. Answering general recruitment enquiries both internally and externally 

Training

  1. Conduct new staff member orientation.
  2. Deliver specialised one-off training programs.
  3. Deliver planned training courses with course materials
  4. Test Candidates and staff members with in house examinations.
  5. Score exam performance .
  6. Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials

Desirable qualifications

  • Cert III in Aged or Disability Care
  • Cert IV in Training
