We are looking for fresh, motivated and enthusistic casual certificate III candidates to join a fresh team and new centre fit out!!!

Family Tree Learning Centre is a family owned and operated 59 place centre located in beautiful Bateau Bay.

We are currently seeking a variety of passionate and experienced casual staff holding a Certificate III qualification to work a range of shifts over the week in various rooms. This is a casual role and candidates must be able to work at least 2-3 days per week. (ideally 5 days available, various hours)

Our program is based on an emergent and play based curriculum which is derived from The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).This curriculum is interest based and child focused and views children as being independent, competent, capable and unique learners who have control of their own learning and environment.

We are looking for experienced educators who value partnering with families, are keen to further develop their skills and want to join a passionate, capable and dedicated team.

The ideal applicants must have:

  • Minimum Cert 3 Qualification (assessed and recognised by ACECQA) and relevant, recent industry expereince.
  • A strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide educational standards of excellence. You need to have an adaptable approach and exceptional communication skills.
  • A demonstrated understanding of: National Quality Framework (NQF); Early Years learning Framework (EYLF); Child Protection & Mandatory Reporting; Workplace Health & Safety issues.
  • A commitment to your own ongoing professional development in early childhood
  • Two relevant and recent teaching references
  • A current working with children check (please provide your WWC number and date of birth with application so verification can be completed prior to interview)
