Full Job Description
As a member of the Chisholm Leadership Group, the Associate Director - Teaching & Learning leads the Teaching & Learning team to ensure that Chisholm provides the best possible education, training and learning experience for all student cohorts.

This role supports the Chief of Education in contributing to the achievement of the Educational Plan, which is one of five Operational Plans that underpin our Strategic Plan and create the foundation for our success.

Your key accountabilities will be to:
Provide educational leadership across Chisholm to ensure consistent application of the Chisholm Education Plan, excellence frameworks
Implement a newly developed Education Quality Framework (EQF)
Develop and establish innovative and practical education strategy
Ensure high quality, innovative and responsive education and training that meets the needs of students, industry, regulators
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation

This position is located at the Dandenong Campus and is expected to travel between campuses.

ABOUT YOU

Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in a leadership role in an education environment. Educational understanding and experience in strategically developing, leading, planning and managing VET and Higher Education delivery. Proven capacity to drive business and operational planning, delivery & performance.

You will have relevant tertiary qualification in education, business or adult learning. You are highly motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a highly collegiate manner. With a natural ability to engage with and influence at all levels, working across multiple projects concurrently, your resilience and strategic thinking will position you for success in this role.
