The Opportunity

The marketing Experience Specialist is a cross functional role, part of the wider CX team that is fundamental in bringing the 'With Monash' ethos to life and ensures the delivery of improved audience experiences through communications. You will be dedicated to advocating our audiences throughout their respective journeys.

This position requires someone that puts design thinking at the forefront of everything they do, setting a high bar for the sector by ensuring every person who interacts with Monash has a positive individual experience whether that be physical, virtual or digital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing experience solutions by employing a broad array of user centered design methods, identify new innovative opportunities that deliver to SMCs Vision and Strategy through leadership and inspiring future thinking. You will be heavily involved in leveraging data analysis, market research, and competitive analysis to define design strategy and create an environment of continuous improvement.

To be successful for this role, you will have extensive experience and understanding of the foundations of User Experience and customer experience methodology and implementations, including provision of expert, strategic advice, leadership and consulting at the highest level.
