Roles and Responsibilities -

Developing genuine, strong relationships with the children and families

-Communicating confidently and effectively with families

-Abiding by the EYLF and NQF standards

-Adhere to our policies and procedures and work in accordance with our centre philosophy

-Complete documentation and records to a high standard. Create high quality learning stories

-Support the centre to aim for Exceeding in the National Quality Standards

-Contribute to the QIP

-Attend staff meetings -Partake in professional development

What you bring:

-ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

-An understanding of, or willingness to learn about Montessori practice

-Excellent knowledge of EYLF and NQF Be a fun, bubbly, hardworking, positive team member

-Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal, including the ability to communicate with staff, children and parents -Current WWCC, Child Protection, Police Clearance, First Aid, Asthma, CPR and Anaphylaxis Certificates or willingness to obtain
