Job Description
- Able to use electronic teaching equipment , be good at mobilizing classroom atmosphere with strong affinity. ESL teaching experience is preferred
- Ensure that the classroom is interactive, inspiring and instructive, and constantly improve the teaching methods and optimize the curriculum according to the actual situation of students。
- Teachers should teach strictly following the teaching schedule and teaching arrangement.
- Make corresponding teaching plans according to textbooks. And giving lectures and review assignments
- Attend faculty meetings or seminars or teaching and research activities arranged by grade leaders
- The working hours are from Monday to Friday, with about 20-30 classes per week. (If the teacher is not willing to attend classes which leads to has less than 10 classes per week, the monthly salary will be paid at the rate of 70% of the monthly salary)
- love education, and have patience and serious working attitude towards education
- A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics or related majors, with master’s or more advanced degree preferred; overseas educational qualifications preferred;
- Professional teaching certifications such as PGCE or teaching license in the subject;
- A minimum of two years experience in international schools;
- Experience of teaching in one or more of the following IB, AP, A-levels and
technical literacy in teaching the subject to Chinese students in English;
- Evidence of commitment to continued professional development and prepared to participate in school based in-service activities
