- Mentoring fellow educators on policies, procedures and practices in early childhood

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an amazing educator that is diploma qualified who has exceptional leadership skills and who loves educating children between 0-5 years. We are seeking someone with previous room leader experience, and who has amazing ideas to bring to our team and can just get in there and take control of their group. Relationships is the most important value we have in our centre, so someone happy, fun and positive who is a natural people person would be an ideal fit!

Requires own transport and license to travel to work.

This role is a newly created position as our centre is growing in numbers and we want to ensure that our children are receiving the highest quality of care and continue our small group sizes.

Job Type: Permanent

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Eligibility:

• Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)
