Schoolwide Positive Behaviour Support Coaches work with an ongoing case-load of schools ranging from schools with no prior knowledge of SWPBS to those with several years of experience. The successful appointee will need adequate working knowledge and experience implementing SWPBS systems at Tier I, Tier II and Tier III. Coaches will use valid and reliable tools to evaluate the progress of school implementation and facilitate action planning with school based teams.

The successful appointee will be confident and successful in working with a variety of stakeholders including school, Area and Regional leadership, principals, teachers, support staff, students, families and the local school community. In addition, the external coach will promote effective team meetings at the school-level and provide ongoing support and technical assistance to school-level SWPBS Coordinators.
