This is a unique opportunity for an experienced centre manager with at least two years of experience in a medium-size service who has the passion and enthusiasm to be part of a team of very dedicated educators to help lead the little learners to grow and develop! The organisation has many strategies that make the daily operations more enjoyable, that’s because they believe in providing a fair and supportive working environment as they want the team members to feel valued!!

Experience & Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 2 year experience in mentoring a team as a Director
  • Basic understanding the use of Qikkids systems
  • Sound understanding and application of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Well organised and know how to PRIORITIZE is the KEY
  • Experience in overseeing and implementing a program based on children's needs and interest
  • Strong understanding of compliance and of National Quality Standards (NQF)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Sound experience in supporting and staff management of a medium to large service


  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised)
  • Current VIT or WWCC
  • Child Protection Training
  • Current First Aid
  • Current Anaphylaxis
  • Full working rights within Australia
