Weare currently seeking a passionate and professional OutsideSchool Hours Care (OSHC) Assistant Coordinator to join theteam at our PCYCWynnum OSHC Service located at Wynnum State School. Asthe Assistant Coordinator, you will assist with the management ofthe daily activities at the Service, and supervise the staff andprograms. Reporting to theOSHC Coordinator, you will be one of our valuable AssistantCoordinators who support the Coordinator to ensure the Servicemeets all operating requirements. You will be responsible forassisting with and overseeing the development of engaging andnurturing programs for the children, and ensuring all dailyoperations are well-managed and efficient.
AboutYou
- Blue Card: "Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies to all applicants".
- Minimum Certificate III in an area of study applying to childcare workers, and/or enrolled in a Diploma in children’s studies or relevant qualification
- Experience working within the OSHC/Childcare sector
- Hold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)
- Hold a light rigid driver’s licence and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (or ability to obtain)
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
- Please note: All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
