ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is accountable for the operational support of initiatives, projects and commercial ventures identified in international market segments by providing administrative support to ensure projects meet or exceed key deliverables and outcomes. This support includes exceptional customer service, high-level administrative and operational skills and being an active participant of the International Project Development unit.

The successful candidate will be required to have Mandarin language skills as well as knowledge of transnational operations (desirable) and must be available to work from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Your key accountabilities will include but is not limited to:
  • Assisting delivery teams and China colleges with remote delivery, including ZOOM trials & testing, first class attendance and feedback collection
  • Monitoring remote delivery status (such as the timely delivery of videos and materials to partners, addressing concern and identifying risks)
  • Attending to QAR and QMS compliance documents: Bilingual translation and follow up assistance to relevant personnel for implementation
  • Assisting Administrators with communication with partner colleagues, such as meeting interpretation, meeting minutes, briefings, assistance on follow ups
  • Assisting with Training and Assessment project when required
  • Providing general administrative support to the China project team and Administrators
ABOUT YOU

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent experience in a similar role and be a native speaker of Mandarin, with excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills (in both English and Mandarin). Experience and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.

You will have proven experience in providing high level administrative support in a complex working environment. You also have the ability to quickly develop rapport with key stakeholders in a collaborative and innovative environment and have a strong client focus, with demonstrated experience in building client relationships, the ability to provide excellent telephone, face-to-face and email advice and providing support to a diverse range of people.
