Our client is seeking skilled Learning and Capability Consultants to design and develop training solutions to build capabilities that respond to the competency needs and direction of the organisation.

The role:-

• Create learning programmes
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders and the team to design and develop a range of training programs and solutions.
• Develop and write high quality learning content that complies with ASQA and National Training Package requirements.
• Create digital learning assets
• Manage own project plans

Your profile:-

• Experience (5+ years) and demonstrated ability in the design of competency based and technical training programs within a VET regulated environment.
• Experience utilising rapid eLearning / authoring tools including (but not limited to) Articulate,
  Captivate and Adapt
• Highly developed written, interpersonal and communication skills across
• Excellent project management skills covering the development, planning and managing.

Qualifications:-

• Tertiary qualification in VET; minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or
  equivalent).
