This position is a 12 month fixed term appointment (leave replacement), reporting to the Associate Director, Community and is a part of a high performing team focussed on providing support to the student and broader College community. The position:

  • Develops, supports, and implements initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive community
  • Builds awareness and capability in diversity and inclusiveness through training and education programs
  • Provides high level advice, reporting, and recommendations to senior management related to strategic equity and diversity goals

Position overview

The Senior Service Consultant – Diversity and Inclusion has a broad remit to support the College of Engineering and Computer Science achieve its strategic goals related to equity, diversity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-performing, collaborative environment, and they will support and foster a culture of inclusion, adaptation, high aspirations, and of learning from both success and failure. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing initiatives that support an inclusive culture will be highly regarded.
