About The Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of community preschools and outside school hours care services. The role has responsibility for overseeing all operational functions of the centres and is a direct link between the centres and Head Office. The role provides mentoring, leadership and support to the Centre Directors.

What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Cleared Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Bachelor Degree in Early Education or a related discipline or equivalent
  • A valid driver's licence
  • A current National Criminal Record Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Extensive Centre Director and Operations experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Framework
  • High level skills in project management including the co-ordination of a large number of concurrent tasks
  • Skills and exposure to marketing, strategic planning, financial analysis, product or sales management and business administration in the Child Care industry sector
  • High level coaching and mentoring skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
