We are a not for profit, community owned, non government organisation which provides high quality care and education for children, national and state wide inclusion services as part of a National Consortia and operate many community based services to children and families. These include post natal depression groups, transition to school and supported playgroups.

About The Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of community preschools and outside school hours care services. The role has responsibility for overseeing all operational functions of the centres and is a direct link between the centres and Head Office. The role provides mentoring, leadership and support to the Centre Directors.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Cleared Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
- Bachelor Degree in Early Education or a related discipline or equivalent
- A valid driver's licence
- A current National Criminal Record Check or willingness to obtain one
- Extensive Centre Director and Operations experience
- Extensive knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Framework
- High level skills in project management including the co-ordination of a large number of concurrent tasks
- Skills and exposure to marketing, strategic planning, financial analysis, product or sales management and business administration in the Child Care industry sector
- High level coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
