Queensland Child Care Services (QCCS) has been operating for over 29 years and during this time, QCCS has seen a lot of changes and aims to be at the forefront of industry developments and trends.

Hyperdome Early Education Centre and Pre-School is a 5 minute walk from the Hyperdome Shopping Centre, located in the industrial area. We are committed to the implementation of the National Early Years Learning Framework and operate an Emergent Curriculum. Our program is based on the individual needs of the children in our care.

Position details

As a Lead Educator you will have passion and commitment to developing children's lifelong love of learning. Building a strong rapport with families and Educators is a huge focus as well as supporting Educators to implement a fun and meaningful program.

Position requirements

The successful applicant must have a strong desire to provide high quality care as well as attention to detail. Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria;

• Hold a current blue card
• Hold/studying towards a Diploma in Early Education
• Previous experience as a Lead Educator highly regarded
• Hold a current first aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis training
• Be motivated & enthusiastic
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
• Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care
